The buttons are great but remember these are not Sony licensed or official parts so the feel may be a little different but the remote does crackle. I love it and it looks great. Installation isn't easy as you have to take the entire remote apart, but if you follow the instructions it's pretty easy. I watched an online guessing video on YouTube and found it very clear and easy to understand. Definitely recommend it to everyone.
