If you suffer from foot pain, sciatica or lower back pain, this is such a useful tool to have. I was first introduced to this type of product at my physical therapy sessions and have missed being able to use it ever since. Normally, I just put my foot up against the wall but having this device is a godsend. It helps you to get a really deep stretch without having to use other muscles. This particular product seems big enough to accommodate a large sized foot but my size 6.5 foot is able to use it just fine. The plastic is not as heavy as you would expect but it does have a bit of grip on the bottom so it doesn’t slide around. It is comfortable to use both barefoot and with sneakers on. I have even used it with my house slippers. Using this before going to sleep at night really helps me with my chronic pains.
