Review on JBL E65BTNC Wireless Noise-Cancelling Over-the-Ear Headphones - Black: Enhance Your Lifestyle by Rick Everett

I am very sad to receive such an expected unit and to use it for less than a week until I find out that this unit is already broken. I experience a large amount of noise (interference) in my right ear when noise cancellation is on. What made me even more frustrated is that I've only just realized that there are many comments on here that talk about the same issue I was having with my headphones. I hope JBL can do something for me as I have already submitted a notice on the website and still have not received a response. If anyone knows what's going on with the warranty I'd appreciate it.
