These headphones met our expectations. Decent quality for the price, good sound and comfortable. The problem was that after about 4 weeks they started having static noise in one ear. Then within 2 weeks after that they stopped working completely. Just outside the one month window to return them. Very disappointing. I wonder if the service would be better if you bought from a store?

I am very sad to receive such an expected unit and to use it for less than a week until I find out that this unit is already broken. I experience a large amount of noise (interference) in my right ear when noise cancellation is on. What made me even more frustrated is that I've only just realized that there are many comments on here that talk about the same issue I was having with my headphones. Bought these for frequent business trips and couldn't be happier. Bluetooth pairing works like a charm. I'm not a music lover, but I can usually tell good headphones when I'm listening to them. I really like these headphones, but they have one rather glaring disadvantage: the hinge mechanism is weak, it is held by a depressed pin, which fell out of the hinge after about a month of use. I replaced the pin with a wire so they still work, but that's a design issue that shouldn't happen at this price point.
