I like how easy it was to implement with my team members as well as our customers! It's very intuitive for anyone who knows their way around Excel or Google Sheets so there really wasn't anything too difficult about getting this up & running in less than an hour (maybe 20 mins if you're familiar). The ability to track everything from one central location has been huge time saver when creating reports across multiple locations/sites - no more having to ask different people what they did over 2 weeks ago so we know exactly where things stand currently.
