Almost burned down my food truck and the two next to me

Worked great. A month later my colleague noticed the water was not flowing and checked under the sink to find the pump had literally burned out and the wall it was attached to and the counter above had charred. Especially scary because my propane tanks are on the other side of the wall. I could lose everything and take two more truckloads of food with me. Please don't.
