The False Promises of Hykolity

Hykolity asserts that they are experts in lighting, ceiling fans, home remodeling, and tools, yet none of these areas of expertise is true. I was recently dissatisfied and irritated with their online store. Their product descriptions are highly deceptive, to start. Their website advertises high-quality products, but the goods I received did not resemble those in the images. The equipment I bought was flimsy and of poor quality, and it broke down after only a few usage. Second, their level of customer service is terrible. They weren't attentive or helpful when I tried to contact them about a refund. Weeks passed before I received a response from them, and when I did, they flatly refused to accept blame for the subpar quality of their goods. Last but not least, their shipping and handling costs are outrageous. I was surprised by the high shipping costs I had to pay and the low quality of the things I received. Finally, I feel ripped off and duped by Hykolity's deceptive claims and misrepresentative descriptions. Anyone who values their time and money should avoid this internet retailer, in my opinion.
