Has pros: 1) Price 2) Dissipated power. You can set up to 10900k in overclocking. 3) connectors for any socket and processor 4) appearance 5) Quiet. You can't hear the fan at 900 rpm. Has cons: Perhaps one of the most inconvenient fasteners for the processor, in the absence of a long screwdriver, it is very difficult to get to the fastener screw.
