They are strong and well made with a strong mounting plate. Reason for 4 stars - the size of the mounting plate differs from the description. The mounting plate for the kit you received is 2-7/8 x 4-1/8. While this will not affect my application, it may affect others. For those who may be interested, the hole pattern is 1-3/4 x 2-15/16 designed for 3/8 bolt spacing.
