So my squat pot arrived yesterday and I christened it this morning. My initial reaction was pretty good, but not great. I have to admit that I achieved complete evacuation in a very short time - maybe 60 seconds when I was used to squatting for 10 minutes or even longer. But then something strange happened. Over the next few hours there was a residual cascading effect that enriched my morning. I would say that right now I'm really looking forward to what tomorrow may bring. Update: I showed this to a friend and he asked me to describe the "residual cascade effect” in more detail, so here it is to the best of my knowledge: When I first finished, the most remarkable thing about my digestive movement was how fast it started and even more how quickly it ended. Maximum squat time of 60 to 90 seconds. I also noticed some satisfaction with the completion of the plot at that moment. It was fast and wild, but gentle. No starts or stops, it was very consistent. But still, at the moment of completion I felt that while I had no complaints at all, because of all the additions and hype I saw and heard I was expecting some sort of life-changing experience; In that regard, I think there was a bit of a sense of disappointment. But having time to think about the action in moments immediately after 2-3 hours, I noticed that I had a very unusual bowel movement. The feeling I was experiencing was partly in my colon and partly in my brain and was a sort of total contentment, contentment, satiation, peace of mind. I had a spring in my step and an excitement in my voice that I just didn't feel because I can't remember exactly when. BM came on around 8am and the peak feeling was probably around 10 or 11 and I still feel it. to a small extent, although by the time of writing this article, i.e. 2:15 p.m., it has largely passed.
