I liked the idea that this case has pins to cool the USB/Ethernet and RAM chips as well as the CPU and GPU. He seems to be fine with it. I bought a separate large heatsink and glued it to the top of this case. I haven't had any heat problems. I use an overclocked 1.75GHz RPi4 4Gig as my desktop, surf the web, youtube, play music. It's adequate for my needs and doesn't overheat or even come close to overheating.
