It's easy for our technicians, once we get an app set up it makes their job easier! We can now schedule jobsites without having someone waiting around all day just hoping they will show up so no one gets behind or has idle time. Their customer support team also helps us solve any issues as needed which I appreciate greatly since my phone does not always have great reception where i work atm. Nothing really because everything seems like its working ok but sometimes its hard to tell if there was another issue going on outside of our control (like poor network) than what we're seeing through this program. Be sure to give them plenty of notice before implementing the system into your business/company to make sure things go smoothly afterwards. Having access to schedules and knowing who works where and what times help improve efficiency tremendously. This saves both me and other employees from constantly checking back with eachother about appointments.
