Excellent product and customer service
I bought an SD-1275 and an extra collar for my two Brittanys. The collars and remote are pretty easy to set up once you read the manual and I really like that in addition to the settings that can be made with the remote I can change the sensitivity levels on different collars (one dog is a lot more stubborn than the others). A few months after purchase I lost the remote in the field and had a great chat with the company's customer service where they gave me a 50% off coupon for a new remote and even got an extra collar. and also store in the truck in case someone dies. Great brand and company to support.
