Canary Flex comes with a very cool magnetic stand that can be surface or wall mounted. But I bought the Secure Mount because it's more secure - you can screw a Canary Flex onto it. Both types of bases swivel so you can tilt the camera to your liking. The wireless capability of the Canary Flex is perfect for my use (outside the home and outlets). The app alerts me when the battery is low so I can call her quickly and easily. Although it screws into a secure mount, it comes with its own allen wrench that can be unscrewed and taken in, which is pretty easy. The device, the extra mount, and the subscription are worth every penny. The quality, all the features and controls (the app is awesome!) even more than I hoped. I like that all this is always available on my phone. I installed it on a tree in the yard with a secure bracket. (see photo) No one will notice there - but I will see everything! I'll find another one to clip to the back of the house so I'll know if my kids go to sheds or lots with farm implements where I don't want them to play. Also to know why my dog is barking at night etc. I live in the country and should be able to monitor my property for intruders, stray cattle, parcel deliveries and any other reason you would like to know what happened while you were away going on or sleeping.
