Because I grind my teeth at night the sleep quality was so bad I have used other mouthguards before but the quality is poor and the size is bigger for me. This time I bought this tooth plate in two sizes. I found the small size to be perfect for me, the two large ones I will give to my friends. This mouthguard is very soft and very easy to make yourself. After one night I felt very good, fell asleep very quickly and in the morning more energy than before, that's a gift for myself during the holidays. Highly recommended!
