Installed on a 2014 BMW 228i coupe You will need to work with the bracket to bend it to make the light pad stand up on its own by prying it off and use the retaining clip to hold it in place. From there you can insert the rest of the lamp and the cooler. The light is pleasant and even with a nice white look. It's at least three times brighter than stock halogen and appears to go five times further. Having reflectors I was concerned about the radiation pattern but it's at least as good as stock. I am very happy with the purchase. I will update my review if necessary.
