Get what you pay for It folds flat which is good if you need to travel, camp etc or if you really need to keep space to a minimum. It is easy to clean and wash. For someone new to bread slicing or for kids learning how to do it, this will work. It moves, so place it on a damp towel/cloth or silicone to keep it in place. You have to move slower than usual or you risk bending your teeth and making them uneven.
