Replaced the water pump assembly on our 1989 Mercury Classic 40 4 Cylinder 2 Stroke Oil Injector with this kit. Pumps great water! Extra spacers were included that looked like they were for other models that I haven't used. Installs like any water pump, not super easy but they never are. Seems to be an OEM so far. The time will show. I think what I deleted might have been the 1989 original! So if it lasts that long, I'll be very happy. Materials, quality and moldings/seals appear to be quite good.
