Taste was decent. Very watery compared to other cocktails. I recommend eating this with unsweetened low-calorie almond milk, coconut milk, or a mix. Unfortunately this product made me very sick and 3 days later I am still suffering from the effects. I did two shakes one day and one shake the next and have been throwing up ever since. This product made me very nauseous and the only thing that gave me relief was drinking plenty of water and eating something absorbent. If you have stomach problems, this product is not for you.
