Simple and more!

I use them to make Chinese dumplings. We got big dumplings. I rolled out the dough with a KA rolling pin and then overlapped two flat pieces of dough (don't forget to roll out again to get the same thickness). Not as pretty as the ones from the circular cutter, but I can stuff more stuffing in. Tastes like my regular dumplings. The kids agree! I give him 5 stars.
