Bought the large and the armor fits perfectly and at 33 degrees Fahrenheit it's quite warm still layered depending on cold resistance. 1-8-17 Went up the hill this morning because of another driver's stupidity. The jacket took over the entire rash and saved me from serious injuries. Whipped foam looks cheap but works great. The elbow pads and shoulder armor held up well. True, the ventilation hole on the right arm was torn from the seam. Definitely worth buying!
