DO NOT order smart watch straps

My mom is a jeweler and we spent 40 minutes together trying to figure out how to strap my wrist. superlord. Not easy to use. It is impossible to carry with one person. I don't know if they started using cheaper clasps or what, but I can't even figure out how to use it to close the clasp on my wrist.
