I saw Cole Haan had a 65% sell out but no returns or refunds. I went to Amazon and they had the same pair of shoes for the same retail price with a return or exchange. I ordered a 9.5 based on reviews that the shoes wear for a long time. Glad I did as 10 would have been too long in the toe box. I feel like a 9 in length would fit me best, but I have wide feet and I think a 9 would be tight. 9.5 was a good compromise. These shoes are very comfortable to walk in while being stylish and comfortable for the office. I took them because I try to walk around the work campus twice a day which is just over 2 miles long. My feet hurt coming home with different work shoes. These prevent it. Good buy but I wouldn't pay full price over $200 for a pair of shoes. That's a nice step. Buy them on sale because at this price they are definitely worth it. I went and bought a similar style from Cole Haan in blue. I did this because I had a better idea of the dimensions.
