These solar powered lights are hanging over our backyard patio and they are just perfect! Since they are solar powered, this means no more plugging in and out and you save on energy bills! Nice sized tubers. These Edison LED bulbs are also much larger than the small round bulbs I had a few years ago. They look like real glass bottles but are much safer because they are made of durable plastic. These light strings are very strong and designed for heavy use. The cords are much stronger and thicker than others I've had before. You can control everything from the back of the solar panel, but I especially love that they also come with two remote controls. I like mine to turn themselves on in the evenings, but you can change the settings or manually turn them on and off with the remote if you don't want them to work automatically when the sun goes down. You have three different lighting "color modes" (2700K warm white, 5000K day white and 4000K "neutral white"). They also have four brightness settings (25%, 50%, 75%, 100% depending on your mood and need) as well as a timer setting if you want them off after a certain amount of time. The solar panel is large (tablet size) and comes with mounting hardware for a variety of mounting methods. It also has a USB port and charger that allows you to charge the panel from an alternative power source when there isn't enough sunlight to charge it properly during the day. I like that they turn back on in the same mode they were in when they were turned off. (the ones I had before always came back randomly) They also come with extra bulbs. Overall this appears to be a quality set and I am very happy with my purchase of these lamps. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to add a welcoming, stylish light ambience to their outdoor space.
