I had a spinal injury when I was younger and my back is very stiff in the mornings so I can't twist as much as I need to to to reach my butt for cleaning. This is the first time I have purchased an item that helps with this issue. It definitely helps, but it's impractical to use. I'll get used to it over time. I wish they were shorter as this and other models are a bit too long for my needs. Also most of the TP is placed in the hole but the design curve forces the user to use the smooth side against their ground. I would prefer the TP grip hole to be on the outside of the curve. I think there would be more TP for more surface area to clean and the used TP would come out better due to the weight. I'm not an engineer - just a user of the product.
