UPDATE 15 MONTHS LATER: I have used this pillow every night and have taken it everywhere including the Galapagos Islands and Italy. Now the material is so broken it no longer supports my neck (I use the flat side) and doesn't let me sleep well at night it's disappointing because it's quite expensive I'm looking for other options to replace it worked fine as long as the structure of the foam hasn't deteriorated. Maybe they're all like that and if so I'll know. I've tried many pillows of all shapes and sizes: soft, firm, neck support, side sleepers, different foams, different materials, head and neck and didn't make me sleep well.Until now.I'm not an expansive person,but I'm so thankful for this pillow.If If you don't sleep well, it affects every aspect of life. Good evening sleep is what I get now. Each night. The pillow comes in firm or medium, DIFFERENT SIZES FOR DIFFERENT HEADS, thin, medium and thick profiles. I think that's the key. I'm 5 feet tall, 130 pounds. My neck is pretty short and my head is pretty small ;) I ordered a thin medium foam profile. I feel comfortable now whether I sleep on my back or my side. In any case, it supports my head and neck and gives me a pleasant, pain-free and restful sleep. I advise you to try it, maybe it will help you. Nothing risked, nothing gained.
