I just returned mine. I wanted a good sounding radio that would play an iPod playlist as an alarm setting. At the appointed hour, the iPod will turn on! but it pauses. It plays great when I hit the play button, which is a problem since I'm asleep. That's how it was with nano and with the classics. iHome customer support was great and told me my iPods are too old which begs the question - why sell a 30 pin block that is only fully compatible with some iPods? Too bad you had to send it back. Planning on looking for an older version to fit my geriatric iPods.
