Easy setup in Home Audio

So easy even my wife (non-techy) can use it with no problems. This does not apply to new devices as the connector is of the old type (large).

Pros
  • Looking forward to
Cons
  • Compatibility

I love this document - Clock Radio

is just what I needed. I have an iPod Classic, 80GB - it no longer needed charging via the cable but my iHome at work kept charging it while I played it - I wanted the same for home. This one is really better than the original.

Pros
  • Dope 🔥
Cons
  • Almost Everything

Good product: Compact radios and stereos

Got this as a gift for my husband and it's very functional. The volume is very loud on high settings. Perfect for our bedroom. Easily compatible with iPad and iPhone 4s. I would give it a 5 if the display backlight wasn't so bright. Good that there is a dimming function.

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Tradeable

Amazing alarm clock and FM product at a very good price

I had an old iPod that I was able to use with this amazing product at a very good price. It does a great job of showing the time and alarm. Its reassuring display and quality are top-notch. The music quality is very good and sufficient for a bedroom for occasional listening. Audiophile quality is not to be expected. You can buy one for your FM player if you don't want to dock it.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Some little things

One of the digital numbers became broken

After figuring out how to set alarms and exploring the features, I appreciated this device; However, about a month after purchase, the "digit” on the far left of the display began to disappear. Only part of the number is shown, so you can't really tell the exact time when you wake up or look at the display. Apparently it has something to do with the pattern. You can avoid this altogether if you buy "model iD99" which I believe is an updated model of the same item but is otherwise identical.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Vulgarity

I wanted a good sounding radio that could play an iPod playlist.

I just returned mine. I wanted a good sounding radio that would play an iPod playlist as an alarm setting. At the appointed hour, the iPod will turn on! but it pauses. It plays great when I hit the play button, which is a problem since I'm asleep. That's how it was with nano and with the classics. iHome customer support was great and told me my iPods are too old which begs the question - why sell a 30 pin block that is only fully compatible with some iPods? Too bad you had to send it back…

Pros
  • understandable for the old
Cons
  • protection

The "iHome " shuffle playlist does not work on this model.

I have had two old iHome alarm clocks and they have worked great for years. After the numbers on one of my old models started disappearing, I bought this one to replace it. I wanted to stick with the 30 pin as I have some old iPods and an old iPhone with a 30 pin connector that can be used for an alarm clock. On the 2nd generation iPod nano, the alarm always started on the first song in the iHome playlist (rather than randomly) and snoozed a few seconds after the snooze button was pressed. I…

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Something different
