Edit: 09/01/2021 I was so frustrated that I couldn't charge my iPad Air keyboard that I bought in May. I didn't actually charge it at the time because it worked. When I had to charge it this time, none worked no matter what cables I used. The Revain return/exchange period had expired so I felt I had no other choice. After reporting a problem with BABG, they sent me another keyboard! So this time I charged it until I saw the icon was green to make sure it was working this time. I'm so happy it is! So thank you! It's grayer than I wanted, but that doesn't break the deal. I definitely love this keyboard a lot more than I expected. The case covers my entire iPad Air 2020 and everything is light. There is a pen holder in the case. I find the keyboard user-friendly. I really had no connection problems. Overall I am very happy with this purchase! 4 stars because the color is not quite my opinion, but otherwise everything is fine!
