ReferMe provides a number of useful features and options. The platform offers a lot of flexibility and is easy to use. Their customer support team is also very helpful and can answer any questions you have. As mentioned above, I like how customizable the platform is. The reporting and analytics are also very useful. There are times when it seems the platform is glitchy, but this is generally due to high demand on their servers. The pricing and features are definitely on the higher end. I've found that this is due to the fact that their platform is used by many companies and brands. For us, this has been a great tool. I'm able to easily track referrals and referrals. We are able to send targeted emails to our clients. We are able to provide great follow up after client engagements. The ability for my team members who are not tech savvy, or just don't have time to learn how to use this software - they can still be part of our success! It's easy enough that anyone could figure it out in an hour if needed. I wish we had more options within the platform when sending emails (such as adding images). We've been able to get new clients through referrals from other companies using their services, but also getting leads directly by reaching people via email blasts and social media posts.
