It's always like buying refurbished products. I am happy to say that it was a very positive experience. Competitive used price for semi-worn used electronics. ($185 at time of review) Comes with everything you need to install. The clock worked well, was not stolen or blocked, installation was a breeze. Only the spots are outside the face in the lower left corner; it doesn't slightly affect functionality or viewing angle. I have an Apple Watch 3 with cellular to test the features and get the watch's functional size sensor. I'm a 5ft 10in male, 180lbs and the 38mm fits me very comfortably. I can't imagine being in 44mm and really enjoying it. from my hand. I think it's pretty cute too, it was $50 off just because it's a rose gold/pink bracelet. I will give it to my wife after "testing" and updating it myself ;-D
