Not so smooth cups. Never "Softtouch "
These mugs are made of very hard plastic. You have a sharp, burr-like knife running the entire outside edge of the cups, on the side that should be facing the ground. Almost guaranteed to cut or break any hard ground. I'm worried about them cutting my new carpet, so I spend time with a foam sanding block to trim and smooth out the burrs on the edge. Unfortunately I don't have time to return them for another product.
