Review on 🍷 Optimized Vinturi Reserve Wine Aerator and Glass Carafe Set by Robert Hardin

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Fur. I don't even think it's worth the $50 we paid.

We paid about $50 for an aerator and carafe set and are reasonably happy with it, but not quite. Cons: The carafe drips every time you pour liquid from it into a glass. He needs a lip and/or our nose. I don't like wiping drips off with paper towels every time. I've really considered paying more for a carafe and I now regret it because it's no better than the other glass carafe I have that also drips but the one I paid for was only about $5 got and she looks better. This is a very simple glass, not particularly elegant. waste of money. The plastic, once beautiful, has now faded and lost all of its luster. Red wine even turns it pink. I put it in the dishwasher, always a bottle dishwasher, but hand wash the base. Maybe that's why - doesn't like the heat of the dishwasher. But plastic is plastic, and in the end it just scratches and loses its shine. Makes strange loud noises when drink runs through. Therefore, you cannot do this discreetly or silently. The mood is spoiled. Decanter + stand + aerator + ring are not combined into a whole. You need to keep the carafe and ring separate from the other two, and they don't have a lid, so you'll need to clean them often. Too expensive. I can see the price has come down since I bought it, but I still think it should come down more. Pros: It saturates the wine very well. You can feel the difference. Greatly improves a freshly opened bottle. I use it for myself too and it does the same thing. It does the most important thing for the wine lover, it makes the wine taste better. I'm just not a fan of all of its other features.
