More from a bad batch.?
I bought one of these heatsinks in September 2016 and as a previous reviewer noted it looked like it wasn't made properly. Just by looking, you could see that the core had tilted to the side. The top mounting holes were misaligned by about 0.75" and the fans could not be installed. Maybe it's just a bad batch, but I just went with a different brand to avoid risking another defective one.
