My wife has very narrow ear canals and the camera end on this is easily thin enough for her to use. The way the tips attach to this is really nice too because you can take a peek without a tip all together.While it works for my wife I can't see much of anything due to the amount of dark hairs growing in my ears these days. I'm getting older and no matter what I do there is hair blocking the view of the camera unless I remove the tip and get nearly all the way to the drum.So if you have very hairy ears you might be disappointed.I also don't like that there's no button on the camera, pulling the cap off turns it on so if you lose the magnetic cap that could be a problem.Overall it work great for my wife and should for most people.
