I was very excited to get this product and bring it to the lake with my friend. Luckily, before heading out to the lake, I decided to test pumping to determine ease and duration when I realized the entire valve was not properly attached to the board, resulting in a constant leak where the gasket should have been must. You can hear and feel the air coming out. Extremely disappointed. Update: Support contacted me to apologize for the unusual experience and worked hard to ensure my issues were resolved and my experience improved, which they succeeded in doing. It is very frustrating to receive faulty products and I know it sometimes happens but I was just blown away by this company's commitment to their customers, experience and satisfaction. I have NEVER been so impressed with a company's customer service department and I wish all companies had the same goal, which is customer satisfaction.
