Shouldn't you use water on them?
The first thing you usually do with brushes is when you rinse them with water to clean the bristles, but they're pretty damn worn out and now unusable. Just buy some nicer watercolor brushes for the same price as this set because now I've spent $20 on a set of brushes that are already useless.
