I have returned this before and given you the benefit of the doubt about the packaging error but make no mistake. This is the SECOND time I have received a 'new' product that is scratched as shown in the attached photos. Edit: THE THIRD TIME WAS NOT ENCHANTED. ALL PRODUCTS ARE USED. For some reason the knobs are also under tension near the end of the spin, but rotate normally until the end of the spin. This has clearly been used, repackaged and sold back as 'new'. The light itself works. It's very bright, but I'm not sure if the color temperature dial is working properly because I know if it's the voltage in the dial, but you don't really notice the color temperature difference until you reach the ends of both spectrums.
