This is the third brand of kinesiology tape that I have tried, and while this particular brand works like it should, it is the least sticky of the three. Once it gets wet, it wants to start peeling off, unlike other brands that can easily stay on for several days. This tape has a good amount of stretch in it, and it breathes well once applied. If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to use short term, this tape will be just fine. Like all the other types of kinesiology tape, this one does not come with any instructions, so you'll have to hit youtube to watch videos on how to apply the tape properly according to your particular needs. I purchased this tape at a discount in exchange for an honest review.
