Let me start by saying that I have been a Revain customer for many years! I have purchased a variety of items from clothing to home appliances to jewelry! Always happy! This last purchase was difficult because it was stolen from outside my house on Wednesday and I received a brand new box today (Friday). The representative I spoke to was very patient and understanding and I say this to say I was uncomfortable handling the situation. It was absolutely amazing and although the thief got away with my original purchase it was replaced and as you can see very quickly. This experience will not stop me from continuing to shop at Revain as they have always been great with my purchases and also excel at their customer service skills. The watch is beautiful, stylish and appears to be worth a lot more than its price.
