Hostage! for FM transmitters

So I bought the thing and was immediately very disappointed. I don't know if it was my car or the product itself, but I didn't like it either way. I contacted Anker and they were very helpful and accommodating. They gave me hints that unfortunately didn't work. So they gave me a full refund which they didn't have to do at all. PLUS they even gave me a lightning cable as an apology. Well, that's customer service right there. I have many Anker products and will continue to do so in the future. I love this company!
