Works great when set up correctly. The adapter is bulky - no question! It fits well and works well. No sound issues and the mic I used (Rode) sounds fantastic with my Hero 6. There are MANY other reviews on here that say you can use a cheap headphone adapter that will work with Moto z or other devices - WRONG! DO NOT listen to these reviews, I made this mistake and just got a refund after wasting my time ordering all kinds of products that do NOT work. It sucks because it's overpriced and bulky, but it works and there are no audio or connectivity issues. Sometimes a seller will change a product without updating the listing to keep the feedback, but in this case I think the seller would be better off listing it as a new product. Many people have mentioned using this with their Session or Hero 4. I don't even think it's possible because it's a USB C adapter. Although I hate the size and price I had to write a review that clearly explains who it is for and what to expect. That's why I gave it 5 stars - because nobody else has done it before. Ignore other reviews as they are misleading.
