Review on FM-Pro by Jerome Pritchard

I like that this software allows me to manage my building envelope in an organized way with easy access from anywhere at anytime! It's very user friendly which makes it easier when managing our buildings. The customer service support can be improved more as well because there are times where we have questions or concerns but they don't always respond back fast enough. We use FMPro mainly so employees know what their job duties consist of throughout all seasons during construction time. This helps with communication between staff members who may not work together every day.
