Review on Switchvox by Patrick Ceo
After dealing with many different providers for our communications systems, we finally found Switchvox.
In fact, we got them to install their own infrastructure for us, so that we could move forward with our project. They provided a wealth of knowledge about their products, their support staff was very helpful, and we have since upgraded to their enterprise version. We chose Switchvox because it had a lot of features that our previous provider did not offer, such as call recording, group calling, etc. It has been great to see our customers' satisfaction ratings go way up after switching over. The cost of running our system is lower than our old one, and we have fewer servers to manage. Switchvox is a superior product to any other available. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an alternative to their current provider.
Pros
- Cost - We paid less per month than what we previously paid for the same services
- Features - A wide variety of features including: PBX, VoIP, conferencing, call recording, phone number pooling, and voicemail services
- Easy to use - The interface is easy to navigate, and most features work as expected
Cons
- I never received a response to my emails.
- The interface seems clunky, and may be difficult to learn.
