Great alternative phone system solution with excellent customer service

I love how easy it was for my employees to use this software! It's so simple that even someone who has never used VoIP before could figure out everything they needed to do in order to get their calls working through our switch easily. There are some things we would like improved upon (such as better call quality) but overall its been very useful since switching over from another PBX provider last year. After dealing with many different providers for our communications systems, we finally found Switchvox.

In fact, we got them to install their own infrastructure for us, so that we could move forward with our project. They provided a wealth of knowledge about their products, their support staff was very helpful, and we have since upgraded to their enterprise version. We chose Switchvox because it had a lot of features that our previous provider did not offer, such as call recording, group calling, etc. It has been great to see our customers' satisfaction ratings go way up after switching over.

Pros
  • Cost - We paid less per month than what we previously paid for the same services
  • Features - A wide variety of features including: PBX, VoIP, conferencing, call recording, phone number pooling, and voicemail services
  • Easy to use - The interface is easy to navigate, and most features work as expected
Cons
  • I never received a response to my emails.
  • The interface seems clunky, and may be difficult to learn.
