Review on Switchvox by Marco Hubbard

I love how easy it was for my employees to use this software! It's so simple that even someone who has never used VoIP before could figure out everything they needed to do in order to get their calls working through our switch easily.

There are some things we would like improved upon (such as better call quality) but overall its been very useful since switching over from another PBX provider last year. We have found many benefits including cost savings, ease of implementation, increased productivity and more reliable communication among team members all while maintaining flexibility within each department/office.
