Review on Nutritious Diamond Naturals Dry Food: Chicken and Rice Formula for Adult Dogs in a 40 Pound Bag by Jessica Rodriguez

As someone with a degree in animal nutrition, I'm something of a dog food snob. BUT I'm also a very practical person and I understand that my family can't afford to spend a ton of money on dog food. At the same time, I went in search of inexpensive but high-quality dog food. After feeding our rescue German Shepherd Dog Diamond Naturals chicken and rice, her coat is nice and thick and her poop is the right size (hooray!). It is consistent and also very cheap. Not to mention the easy search. At one point I had to switch my protein source from chicken to lamb based on availability in our stores and it didn't sit well with our dog's gut (partially my fault for not switching the food properly) and she didn't like the taste either . I contacted the company and not only were they quick, prompt and apologetic, they gave us a full refund and didn't ask us to return the food. The orphanage in our area has benefited from it. The company checked their production logs and lab reports to see no issues, so my issues were probably specific to me and our dog. But I will stop there. I am very impressed with the food and the company!
