Complete disappointment, the product is not at all what I imagined.
The chair didn't fit. The box was disposed of on the day of delivery. A return was issued, but the courier refused to pick it up, because there is no packaging. But I did not buy a box, but a chair that I want to return. Packaging is a means of transporting products, and factory packaging is the packages that were on the parts of the chair and are available. Also, according to article 25 of the Consumer Rights Act, there are no packaging conditions in the Returns section. I will look for a lawyer and sue
