Supplied in a plain plastic bag. There is no box. My 2 month old granddaughter loved it. Easy to hang on the car seat. Stays in place when she pulls on it. Always in a slightly different position so he looks a little bit different every time she sees him so he kept her interested for 3.5 months and uses it every day now. She gets upset when I use my dad's car seat because she wants that toy and she usually stays in the one mom uses in her car.
