The ability to use all of their services in one place is great, they have people who are very knowledgeable about many things (they even offer some free training sessions) which makes it easy when you need help with something specific! I wish there were more options available under each service - that's why we're using them as an agency so much, but sometimes it would be nice if they could add extra features or just provide better support/help directly from within the app itself instead of having us contact another team member first before getting what we want. We've been able to automate our customer journey by creating bots via Messenger Platform, scheduling tasks through Workflow Designer tool & automating emails sent out after completing work orders.
